The E'mei Mountain tele-communication project was taken over on Friday, marking that the total scenic area is now covered with tele-communication network. The 26 million-yuan project includes 16 tele-communication stations and 78 kilometers of optical fiber. Upon completion of the project, mobile phone users will have no trouble using their phones at any location within the scenic area.
